And this is what happens when I have an epiphany that the ink tool in GIMP looks sort of like manga style -_- (I am an extremely impulsive artist lol). Really I was just practicing the ink tool, using The Great and Powerful as the subject of course, and decided to make a complete image.

EDIT: Updated dialogue! hope it looks right now! thanks to Janice Orlando for the translation! Should be Japanese for something along the lines of "The Great and Powerful Trixie is not an antagonist!"

Oooh! Well done, I actually thought that this was from that Japanese MLP doujinshi! One of the contributors had a very similar style going on.
PS: Slight typo on "powerful" => パワフル, and グレート is a little more common to use for "great" than グレイト. Personally, I would have separated the words in Trixie's title with ・s and maybe put it in Japanese Important Word-brackets 「」, also transcribed her speechpattern differently to make her sound more pompous but that stuff is up to your translator.

No biggie, as a senpai I just enjoy correcting Japanese. Speaking of which, I started doubting if anglicised アンタゴニスト("antagonist") was actually the right term to use here. Seems like they use that word only in a chemical/pharmaceutical context. 悪党 ("villain") is probably the most adequate option here.
If you wanna just copypaste:
この『グレート・アンド・パワフル・トリクシー』は悪党じゃないよ!
(= "I, the Great and Powerful Trixie, am not a villain!")
I'd suggest using vertical text too if you really want it to be boss.

its supposed to say "the great and powerful trixie is not an antagonist." my translator was a professional japanese tutor, so im trusting its correct.
